COVID-19 UPDATE
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
During the COVID 19 crisis, UCSF Cardiac Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is committed to continue our mission of Health and Wellness through Physical Activity, Stress Management, Healthy Eating, Medication Adherence, and Smoking Cessation.
We have adapted our methods to meet the new social distancing environment and created a Home-Based Cardiac Rehabilitation Program (HBCR). We have a limited number of Center-Based Cardiac Rehabilitation (CBCR) and HBCR slots but are exploring ways to increase the number of people we can start in the CBCR and HBCR program.
Take a look at our Resource page. We’ve found a variety of resources that have been helpful for our community. You'll find links to a variety of exercise options, relaxation techniques, fun activities, and community resources.
